Your Questions About Successful Trading System

Robert asks…

What is the main thing that must change for the Royals to be successful?

I am a huge die-hard Royals fan!I have seen them continue to struggle over the years. Many people have their own opinion about what the main problem is with the team but everyones opinion differs.

John answers:

The main thing has already been done.

They hired a new GM. That is the first step.

I feel your pain.

As a Tiger fan, I suffered through 2003.

Dave Dombrowski was hired as The Tiger’s new President in 2001, and in 2002 fired Randy Smith as GM, and took over those duties.

Since then, he has re-stocked our farm system and made some good trades and signings.

You just have to keep the faith. These kind of things take 4-5 years to come together.

The Tigers did it, I know KC can do too!

Donna asks…

Did you become successful with an Associate degree?

Ever since I earned my associate degree twenty years ago, I’ve felt like it wasn’t enough. I felt this way because I listened to other people’s opinions and beliefs.
The fact is that I became successful with my degree. I became a teacher and a published illustrator.
I wish I hadn’t taken other people’s opinions to heart or maybe I’d have had faster success.
I want to hear from other Associate degree holders about their success.
Did you become successful with your Associates?
thank you Countess. thank you Chris.

John answers:

I dont’ see why one couldn’t be successful with an AA or AS. You know a trade, and an employer need someone competent to do it.

Bachelors degrees are a time intensive and expensive way to ‘maybe’ get a higher paying job. When you say “I felt it wan’t enough”, you are falling right into the trap that is plaguing the education system in the US. You are feeding the bloated higher education system’s inflating tuition, and the degree itself. Today, there are simply too many bachelors and too few jobs to give them, thus, unemployment. Believe it or not, but AA level jobs are more secure, because 1) higher degree people think themselves too ‘good’ for lower level jobs, and 2) the higher pay/benefits and other stuff required by companies for bachelor levels makes bachelor degree holders “expendable”.

In other words. You should be satisfied with what you’ve accomplished. You’d definitely be in more debt had you gone further, and perhaps not even accomplished what you wanted.

Sharon asks…

Although both were settled by the English, colonial New England was dramatically different from colonial Ch?

Although both were settled by the English, colonial New England was dramatically different from colonial Chesapeake. How did they differ and why? In your answer, consider the economies, systems of governance and patterns of settlement in each colony.

John answers:

CHESAPEAKE: Founded for mostly economic reasons. Society was based around growing tobacco, and exporting it. Much more secular than NE, they were passive members of the Anglican Church. Had very non-democratic societies. Made up of huge plantations.

NE: Founded for religious reasons (Puritans). Had very democratic governments, and all colonies divided into villages where all men of property who were members of the church could vote. Later became more successful as merchants, particularly in the “Triangle Trade.”

is that enough?

Mandy asks…

How do stocks work? How are stocks traded and how are stocks assigned values?

Also, if i have my details right and stocks are given value based on supply and demand, if a corporation buys a ton of stocks and the price of the stock goes up because of the artificial demand, can’t the company just make easy profit by selling those stocks?

John answers:

Trading Basics

Trading stocks. You hear that phrase all the time, although it really is wrong – you don’t trade stocks like baseball cards (I’ll trade you 100 IBMs for 100 Intels).
To “trade” means to buy and sell in the jargon of the financial markets. How a system that can accommodate one billion shares trading in a single day works is a mystery to most people. No doubt, our financial markets are marvels of technological efficiency.

How Stock Prices Are Set

You may read and hear many explanations about stock prices and why they rise and fall like they do. You will hear about the influence of earnings on stock prices or the economy or the credit market. While all of these factors figure into price changes, they have little direct impact on prices. What these and other factors do is change the balance of supply and demand.

Buying High, Selling Low

Buy low and sell high is the ultimate guide to successful stock investing. It is also the reverse of what many investors do.

It’s not that investors start out to do that, but too often, they use price, and in particular price movement, as their only signal to buy or sell. Stocks that have gone up recently, especially those with a lot of press, often attract even more buyers. This obviously drives the price up even higher.

Maria asks…

Is the downfall of America coming with possible cap and trade and Universal Healthcare?

Could it destroy the economy and do terrible things?

John answers:

The global economy is already dead. The health care reform and cap and trade,if successful, will be the final nail in the coffin. They haven’t been put into place yet though and we’re not going to let them destroy America as we’ve already defeated the British Empire at her own game,Her Royal Majesty (that inbred midget crack whore) just doesn’t know it yet. Now comes what we replace the dead system with. That’s where you too can make a difference as to the outcome of these war games against the Nation State and the Sovereignty of Man by going to http://www.larouchepac.com/
